A family can only guarantee rent for the length of their tenancy, usually around a year. Our agreements run for three to five years, and your income stays the same throughout.

Even if the property is empty at times, you still receive your full monthly payment. We give you longer security, fewer surprises and a more stable setup than a standard 12 month AST tenancy.
